The customer service, prices, food selection, I experienced, were above and beyond the store next door, I was happy to find. Albertsons is fine, but they seemingly have a corner on the market in smaller towns, leaving people with no other choice, often providing poor produce, meat selections, exorbitant prices overall, lousy customer service (because they can, where else are you going to shop if there's no other store?), and frequently not top quality foods. Big Sky Foods was a welcome surprise, they were out of a sale item on the floor, but offered to cut a roast to my specified size AND hold it for me until I could pick it up. The gentleman who helped me at the time, was a manager, very nice man, longer hair, neatly pulled back in a braid or ponytail, with excellent manners and customer service skills. He offered to help me out to my car with my groceries even, again, much to my surprise. Very lovely store and employees, very clean and a wide selection of foods, meats and produce the other store doesn't carry. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to you, Cut Bank...

Our family shops regularly at Big Sky Foods. For a small town rural grocery store, they have just about everything you need. If you're shopping for staples, their prices are right in there and if you need that specialty ingredient for Asian, Mexican, Italian foods chances are they will have it. They may not have the selection that Albertsons has, but I will always choose this store over Albertsons. The store is clean, the staff are extremely helpful, and it is so much less crowded than Albertsons! One of my biggest complaints about Albertsons is they take FOREVER to check you out. If a line even begins to build up here they quickly get another employee on another register and move people through. They do an amazing job. I would love to see this...
