Urban Konnection Smoke Shop & Vape Shop — Local services in Cuyahoga Falls

This is my favorite shop and I can't go anywhere else. The workers here, you can't find others like them anywhere else. They know their job, they know their stuff, and they put their heart into it. Everytime someone asks me about vape shops I try to point everyone in the direction of urban konnection. I will always refer people here. Now, This store hasn't had much deliveries in Several Months, Stock is low, and running nearly depleted and It breaks my heart thinking I may be losing this store. JB has been nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable in any questions or recommendations. Honestly, if you're a smoker, and want to quit, I can't think of someone better to get to know and talk with. He's very nice, and soft spoken from the multiple interactions I've had with him. Any juice I need, coils, tanks, mods, and pods, JB is my go to guy. Was once the best shop in town and now I won't shop there. The last 3 times I was there it was one thing or another about devices or juice or coils. So I bought disposables and when they wouldn't charge I called to tell them that and was told "Sorry there's nothing I can do when they leave the store." I said then you should check to make sure they charge before people leave and was told " That's a good idea."
