Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

We order Donatos frequently and have never had such a poor experience, like the one we had today. Ordered 4 pizzas. 1 should have been cauliflower crust, it was NOT! 1 was so burnt, my kid wouldn't even consider eating it! I also ordered (and paid for) 4 sauce cups, and didn't get a single sauce. Upon calling the store, the associate literally didn't believe that I didn't receive the sauces and wasn't rude, but it was obvious that he didn't believe me. He put me on hold, at which point I believe he went to check to see if the sauce was left behind. Then I had to call back after my kid made it clear that he couldn't eat his burnt pizza, and the same associate legit didn't believe me again! So before he had a chance to put me on hold or go through the motions, I offered to send him a pic of the burnt pizza compared to the others. He jumped on the idea and gave me a number to send pics to. Not ONCE did this associate apologize for my experience, offer to refund the sauces, or at the very least offer some rewards points to smooth the situation over! Sadly, I didn't find out about my cauliflower crust until after all of this and I was so turned off by the experience that I just said forget it. We will never go to this location again! Terrible service kills my brand loyalty, QUICK! I bet they won't get another $60 out of us, for...

My absolute favorite pizza chain east of the Missippi river! I live in Green, so either I come here or go to the Canton store which I really do not like.

Since I (sadly) go to Western reserve hospital on a regular basis, this is my planned stop every visit. Food is perfect every time, does not matter if morning, evening, or weekend. Same for cleanliness of the house!

The people out front are well trained and respectful. They know we are voting with our wallets, and no customer s means less hours means less pay to them.

I am seriously picky. This is (I believe) my only??? 5 🌟 to date! And one youngster almost cost it to be honest (no names, yes I remember him). I am now disabled (why all the hospital trips all the time) and my income dropped from a comfy 5-6.5K per month to bout $1100.00 & food stamps. So coming to Donatos is a serious choice and a treat! The store opens at 11AM and many times my hospital visit is over by 10AM or so. Anyhow, he's a kid, not my fault if he didn't get enough sleep the night before, but don't take it out in your first customer that walks in right at 11am! I called and placed an order for delivery, I specifically told the lady over the phone that I was not at my home, which they have for my current Address. Instead I was at my work. WHICH I CLARIFIED!! Of coarse they delivered it to my house, where my roommate answered. So instead of driving to the place where both he and I told them to go, they decided not to deliver it, then not inform me that they weren't. So I waited for an hour from the time my roommate called me telling me they're coming to my location, to call and find out that they weren't delivering it at all. On top of that the lady I spoke with was unpleasant when it came to informing me about it. This is not the first time they messed up on the phone with me either, one time they gave me the wrong price over the phone so I didn't bring the right amount, and not to mention everytime I've dealt with the manager he has been rude, or unpleasant to deal with. I am very displeased with this location and will never eat or order from this...
