Title: Terrible Experience - Cold Food and Unhelpful Staff
Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆
My recent visit to KFC was an absolute nightmare. I was incredibly disappointed by the cold food and the overall attitude of the staff. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable fast food chain like KFC decline in quality and customer service.
Firstly, I had to endure an agonizing 40-minute wait in the drive-thru line. Forty minutes! That's an absurd amount of time to wait for fast food. I understand that there might be occasional delays, but this was completely unacceptable.
When I finally received my order, my excitement quickly turned into dismay. The food was ice cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours. It was evident that no care was taken in preparing the meal. I'm sorry, but cold fries are simply inexcusable. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was shockingly indifferent. One employee actually had the audacity to say, "We know your fries are cold, but the fryer is broken. What can we do about it?" Their lack of concern and unwillingness to rectify the situation was deeply disappointing.
Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and sadly, KFC fell woefully short in this department. The staff's bad attitudes were palpable, and it seemed as though they couldn't care less about the quality of the food or the satisfaction of their customers. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism.
In conclusion, I regretfully give KFC a one-star rating. The combination of the interminable wait, the cold and unappetizing food, and the dismissive attitude from the staff made this visit a complete disaster. I hope KFC takes this review as constructive criticism and works towards improving their service quality and staff training. Until then, I'll be taking my...
Read moreI work across the street. I eat there AT LEAST twice a week. The other day I went in and ordered a 6 tenders big basket (comes with a few sides)9.99. The cashier asked me if I want the order for 2 people I said what is that? She said it comes with large Jojos for 10.99. So I asked her "so I get the big basket AND a big jojos for only 1$ more when it's supposed to be 4$?" She said yes! I was already planning on getting large jojos so I said why not! I get my order and go back to my store.... No sides or biscuits in my bag. So I go back and tellem they forgot my sides. They check my receipt and say that's not what I ordered. I told them what happened they say it must have been a misunderstanding. To make things easy I say okay that's fine. Give me the sides and I'll pay you 3$ to equal the 14$. 10 for the basket and 4 for jos. The manager tells me no. She has no way to wring it up. She tells me I have to bring my order back and she has to wring me up again. So to humor myself I did. When i came back, I even apologized if I had any attitude, told her I know how it is, I used to work in fast food. And I told her it was the second time a restaurant messed up my order that same day so I was pissed. Here's why they get 2 stars. I used to eat there often, and it was always good. But that day i had to walk back and forth 3 times to kfc on the coldest day of the year so far and they did nothing to compensate me for their mistake. The other restaurant did (thank you dunkin donuts). I didn't ask for compensation. I let them act on their own... and nothing from kfc. No...
Read moreI'm pleasantly surprised by the experience today!! I always go inside because the drive through has managed to mess up every order. That being said, toai the was a line or the door, roughly 5 or 6 orders in front of myself. The gentleman who was working the register was incredibly friendly!! He was very new at his position, which he explained when apologizing for the wait but honestly I didn't mind the wait and I don't think any of the other patrons did either. The young man made direct eye contact with all parties who were ordering, not just the person who had the $$, he smiled when he was listening to the order and he repeated the order back to the person ordering. Also during this time in line I heard the "managers" or whomever yelling to each other that, " (young man taking the order) had a line out the door ".... surprise, no one came to help or even ask if he was ok. I will be going back to KFC soon in hopes of seeing the same smiling friendly face taking my order correctly and checking my order before allowing us to leave that I saw today!! KFC you'd be doing yourself and your organization a very large disservice by not promoting him to a customer Service manager or something similar. His extra attention to the details and personal touch made what could have been a terrible experience a completely great experience and exceeding my previous expectations by an enormous amount!! Customer order #...
