First and foremost I would like to say that Ashley is the bomb. She helped me pick out almost all of my furniture by figuring out my taste and pulling out some catalogs to show me some amazing options.
Please know that when you buy your furniture from them or lease it, if you decide not to follow through you will have to pay 30% of the total cost of your purchase as a restocking fee. I was explained this and was fine with it, but if you are on the edge of buying, just don't until you are 100% sure you are ready.
Delivery-- was an extra $150. I scheduled to have my furniture come out on a Friday at 5:00 but they showed up at almost 10:00pm. This COMPLETELY messed up my move and I lost a day in my moving process just waiting. When they finally arrived they literally forgot my mattresses I bought and the mirror that goes to my dresser. I was promised that they would be delivered the next day, but I had to call 5 times before I was told that the delivery drivers were in route to my house. I get a call that there was some emergency not even 30 minutes after they said they were coming so it's Saturday and still no furniture. I Finally got the rest of my items 2 days after I requested.. thank goodness that they delivered my couch bc I would have been sleeping on the floor with my 2 year old for two days until they could come.
Overall my initial experience was really easy and I was approved for a lot more than I thought and even got my credit limit pushed up so that I could get more things-- thanks to Ashley. But the way that they do deliveries is not acceptable. I feel that if the men delivering would have checked the invoices that they are working on and made sure that they actually had all the pieces before leaving they would waste less client/company time and money. And if it were more of a customer satisfaction guarantee type of place, they would retain more clients and earn more business through word of mouth.

They lied to me about when my furniture would be delivered. I was told my 2 dressers, 2 night stands, chest and mirror was in stock but the bed needed to be ordered because it was not in stock at the time i purchased everything. I asked to have all furniture delivered together which she said woud be in early Feb.
We made arrangements to have everything delivered Feb 11th. She called Feb 10th and stated that they wasn't going to have everthing ready by then and we scheduled for Feb 12.
She called Feb 12 stating that they no longer had our items in stock and that she had to reorder. At that point I asked to cancel the order. She then stated that they had the bed, one dresser, one night stand, one chest and mirror. I began to reason with her because she said she had to call on Monday to see when the rest could be reordered.
Monday she called and said the remaining items would be delivered mid March. We we told her we would call her back to decide if we would cancel those items. She called Tuesday saying that she was embarrassed to tell me that all items except the bed was not at the wearhouse. Apparently they cancelled those items.
We called about the bed on Wed and was told they didnt know when the bed would be delivered and that the rest of the items were sold out and they didn't have a time frame of when they would be delivered because they were sold out from there vendor in California and would have to be made.
I then asked to cancel everything because of all the lies. I was told I had to pay a 30% restock fee on items they didnt even have in stock. Read moreI had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any purchase in my life from these people. They are rude, unprofessional, unorganized and will waste your time. When I called upset about waiting all day for my furniture and it was like 7:30 pm and I’d still not gotten a call about my delivery one of the Mexican women kept hanging up in my face after I requested a refund and asked to speak to a manager. Every time I’d call they’d pick up the phone and hang it up after that the initial hanging up in my face.
First off they ordered the wrong sectional when I placed my order and had I not double checked my receipt prior to paying my balance at the store they would have tried to give me the wrong item. Next they have no actual delivery time. You just wait around all day. I took off work and these people did not deliver my furniture until almost 10 pm. They were literally there setting everything up until almost 12am. These are not business hours and nobody wants strangers in their home at this time of the night. The store also didn’t communicate that I paid my balance in full and the drivers came trying to make me pay the rest in cash. Had I not had proof that I paid the balance already I would have not gotten my furniture. The couch is also hard, stiff and uncomfortable! It’s most likely a much cheaper version of what I wanted!! They also tell you the drivers call an hour before delivery. Another lie.
