Golden Chick — Restaurant in Dallas

Found that online orders are not a priority per an employee. Serve lobby first not Uber Eats which I didn't use. It was a personal order. Waited over 30 minutes for food I ordered for the family and myself. Almost 50 worth. Got a text it's ready. Went inside I and alerted them I was there. 3 Customer orders were served in the lobby at 12 minutes we are behind sir. But the drive tru orders still going out. At the 30 minutes mark, we are out of chicken. I respectfully canceled and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken. I remind you that I received a message it was ready before I walked in the door. Oh look at the receipts a guy did pick food while I was waiting from a food app. May have been a friend or family. I received a refund online over an hour later. Luckily it was the last of my money. Disappointing visit...this location has always been hit or miss. Food is okay most of time...service has always been lacking. The dining room has been closed for sometime now and only the drive thru is available. There was one car ahead of us that seemed to take longer than usual. After waiting for 5 minutes and we were immediately asked to please hold. We sat there waiting for another 5 minutes ...we could hear people in the background...cars were lining up behind us...still nobody came back on the speaker to take our order...so we decided to leave. As we drove around the restaurant to leave, the same exact car that was in front of 7 minutes ago is still at the window. I had difficulty finding this place and when I called, I got no help in locating it. There are 2 Golden Chicks on Buckner and I had been waiting 8 minutes for someone to take my order. After a 20 minute wait, I called A Golden Chick and was told I wasn't in line b/c I cdn't be seen on the screen. Okay, that's reasonable. Mind you, I AM @ a GC restaurant that is FULLY LIT, and the OPEN sign over the door is ablaze! I described where I was, "in front of dd's, across from such & such, etc." and when I asked where she was located, she hung up on me. Rude; u may b having a long night but as long as you're clocked in, ur still @ work as a customer service rep of ur company. After another thirty minutes, I was finishing my drumstick and roll (on the parking lot (I was STARVING)) but it wasn't...
