Best Furniture Warehouse — Local services in Dallas

I purchased furniture from this company way back in 2006 and it was good furniture at a good price. I think I paid a little under 800 bucks for couch love seat living room table to end tables and two gorgeous lamps. I'm looking for a new spot and I have been trying to decide how I want to decorate my home. Honestly I had googled Ashley furniture but I ended up stopping by and found a freaking king size Bluetooth bed! I'm talking pillows built into the headboard, lights, armrest and cup holder that folds down from the headboard and has control so you can control the sound and the lights on the bed. I'm paying $1,600 bucks for the bed and a mattress and I have no buyers remorse. This is a company that needs to be recognized. They have so much inside that small building and what they have for display is like a Pandora's box. I cannot wait until I have paid off my bed and I can test that bad boy out. Good company y'all. They delivered me the wrong bed back in March and the bed was also broke… they put the bed together so i wouldnt go without a bed til they figured out what happened. So for weeks i got the run around and different delivery dates of my correct bed, after a month i was told the manufacturer they used doesn’t have my bed.. it took them a few more weeks to inform me that they was having to get the bed made by someone else. Still til this day 5months later i still have the wrong broken bed and have not received a call or email to say I’m sorry we can’t get the bed or there was an issue, no1 from the company never reaches out ive only spoken with them when i would call every couple of weeks.. I’ve spoke with the manager who said he would follow up but never did… I’ve requested for emails and call back and have received nothing… i would recommend...

We used to come here for furniture all the time when we were younger. Now we don’t ever plan on coming back. It’s basically a scam, we were told one price and then when we went to pay for it and it was way more... not to mention now they want you to finance through a different person. Which would be fine, but it made our price go way up high. Had we known all this would happen we would have paid with a credit card and not dealt with them. Not to mention my mom scheduled one payment with them but they took double the amount... 200 one day and 200 2 days later. This whole place is just sketchy now....
