This place is truly a hidden gem. I had a memorable experience when I asked if they were open on a Sunday (the gated door was locked, but I could hear people inside). The man who greeted me had a bit of a cranky charm, reminding me of my old uncle. When he opened the door, he quipped, “Now it’s open.” It was a moment that added to the character of the place.

The prices here are unbeatable, especially for 2024. You can get 5 lbs of tortillas for just $4. For taqueria owners, there's a larger pack of smaller-sized tortillas available for $8.

The hours can be a bit unpredictable, but they are generally open from Tuesday to Thursday, 7 am to 3 pm. They might be open at other times, depending on their workload, so it’s always good to call ahead.
