It's a new decade, and people are as interested in the experience that they receive as the services. I can't remember being as mad as I am right now at a manager or the customer service and experience that they provided. They argued with me, Liten the manager said that I was wrong because they couldn't substitute bacon without an upcharge which is something I have been doing for years without a problem. The person that took my order kept getting it wrong, and that wasn't even the bacon issue,and her flippant comment was "I just work here."
After all of the issues, I wisely decided to check my order before I drove off. Not only was it not a thing like the photo, it didn't have any bacon in it! I drove back, asked for the manager, he apologized, then about 2 minutes later came back out with the same, now cold "burrito" that they added bacon to, and who knows what else.
I am floored about the entire transaction. Obviously the cook had no idea how to prepare this item, the order taker didn't know how to place an order (or how to work with customers!) and I don't even know where to start with the manager, and calling him a manager is an insult to every other manager out there. I'll be taking my money to the McDonalds...
Read moreWe pulled up at 3:45 and pressed the button. Five minutes go by and no answer so we continued to wait. By 4:00 I was tied of waiting so I started backing out and FINALLY, someone asked what we wanted. I started to order and she said "Give me just a minute." So I said "Sure" and waited. After about 8 minutes she came back and took my order. 5 drinks, 3 tots and a pretzel. 4:35 we still didn't have our order. I tried pressing the button but no one ever came and the delivery feature on the screen said that it left the kitchen. By 4:45 it finally came except we we're missing a drink. We waited another 8 minutes just to get that. Maybe it was short staffed, I don't really know but waiting an hour or longer at a fast food place is never acceptable. I find that this location is consistently slower than the others...
Read moreI went their during my lunch hour. I ordered my food I had to wait 20 minutes for it to come out. Lydia or something like that she is a team leader brought my food out. She didn't apologize for wait time. Then when I opened bag tots were supposed to be medium and they brought it out half way full. My burger was supposed to be a burger not a TOASTER. I also advised them no pickles this one had it in it. I told lady I am deadly allergic to it. She did not apologize for that.
At that point I was disgusted. I asked for refund. She said they was too busy. I said it doesn't matter that against company policy if customer request one u have to provide it. She then said the receipt u have is ur refund. I told her it was not. I want receipt that's shows refund.
