My husband and I were in this store about two months ago because we were considering switching from Verizon to ATT, at the time we owed 199.89 on each phone that we had through Verizon. Our sales rep was Zach, he assured us that if we switch that ATT would send us two gift cards equally the total amount that was owed so we could walk in and pay off Verizon. He made it very clear we would receive these cards within 14 business days. over a month later we had still l yet to receive anything but a bill from you, when I called customer service they directed to me in charge of the switch program? Anyway that is when I was told that nothing had been received on their end in order to get that process rolling, and even when they did receive it it would take a minimum of 6 weeks to send out the cards! SIX WEEKS!! We ended up paying out of pocket the 400.00 to Verizon and went back to the store on Abrams, we went through this whole process again and AGAIN Zach confirmed it had been sent off and we would be issued our cards. I got a letter in the mail on Monday stating the process was denied, so we are out 400.00 we were promised that we would not be responsible for. THE ONLY REASON WE SWITCHED CARRIERS WAS BECAUSE OF THAT PROMISE. Read moreIf you ever go to this store, just make sure Angelica L. is not the one helping you - not only is she bitter and rude to her customers, but she will also outright lie to your face just to make her commission. I had two lines and decided to open up a new one since I was told it would lower my bill. She said the price per line would be $35 + equipment + tax (amounting to about $55/month per line). Those were supposed to be the ONLY charges on my bill according to what she offered me. After asking several times what charges I would be seeing on my next bill she still lied to my face and made unauthorized changes on my account. She added protection plans to each line to which I had said no to several times. She also added a Home Protection Plan for extra $25/month as well as other monthly charges that she kept saying wouldn’t show on my bill (2 charges for $6/month on two of the lines and another one for $14/month on the new line that I opened up, amounting to about $80/month per line - about $25 extra of what she had said). And to top it off, I traded in my old iPhone because after she inspected it she said I would get a credit for $800, but turns out the credit was only for $350. I talked to customer service but still can’t get anyone to give me any resolutions and honor what I was initially told. Read moreI’m a bit late in writing this but I can’t let another day go by without shouting out the AMAZING staff at this store!! Long story short, I attempted to change plans over the phone and wound up with an unusable phone and unreadable SIM. After stopping at two other AT&T stores and being turned away, I wound up here because of its great ratings. It’s safe to say these ratings don’t miss! Right away, CJ sat down and investigated the issue with my phone. He took it upon himself to call AT&T support and stayed on the phone with them to help me explain the situation. He and another staff member diligently tinkered with my phone and made sure I wasn’t sent out empty handed. The care and patience they provided was unmatched to any other AT&T store I’d previously been to (these other stores seemed hell-bent on passing the buck and wiping their hands clean). This store will officially be my go-to for as long as I’m in DFW. Loved the service I received and I’m proudly writing this on a new, perfectly operating phone.
