**update May 16,2021: Be careful if you have food delivered here as it seems as though they think it is ok for a delivery driver to go back 20 minutes after delivering the food to the wrong address, pick that food up from that wrong address and then deliver it to the right one.
Our address is very clearly marked and is up the hill from an address with not only different numbers but a completely different unit letter, so I am not sure at all how the driver after standing in front of our gate by the clearly visible numbers and letter for our address, thought it was ok to still deliver it to our address (even though it was way to obviously not the right one). While I can understand that food sometimes gets delivered to the wrong address, what I cannot understand is how the next bit is ok whatsoever with this store.
The driver came back after delivering the pizza to our front door over 20 minutes before and grabbed the pizza and proceeded to deliver it to the address marked on the box(we didn't realize until a couple min before this that the guy still delivered it to us and we wouldn't have even know if it weren't for the fact that my husband saw it sitting on our chair in front of the door when he left for his night shift.).
I proceeded to call the manager to inform them as it was very concerning to see a driver do this and I hoped they would understand why it is concerning behavior, but I truly do not have hope that the manager I talked to even cares.
While my family would never tamper with someone's food, I would hope that a restaurant would be cautious about the safety of the food as well as the questionable quality, and do the right thing which is remake and redeliver the customer's order.
I truly recommend for anybody who just has to order from this location, to really inspect your food quality and temperature.
(I hope a lot of people who have worked in food at some point understand why this is a food safety issue and why the store should have made the customer fresh food instead of delivering questionable food to them)

If I could I would leave no stars. This place time and again has severely let us down with delivery, customer service and the pizza look and quality. The last straw was tonight when my husband and I ordered $30.31 worth of food plus delivery, tax and tip and never received the food. When my husband called to see about our food since it had been about 2 hours since we ordered at that point, he was told the deliver driver couldn't find the place. Well not only did we never see a papa John's delivery car we also never even for a call at least from the driver or store so that we could help them find the place (which is literally3 turns from their store!). He was also told that instead of calling us they simply cancelled our order. Absolutely ridiculous! Then when we tried to get them to make our food, my husband was told it would be 3 hours and that since we used a card to pay it would be too difficult for them to redo it. Well they still went back and forth until after 30 minutes or so on the phone, we just decided to order from somewhere else.
Look we love Papa John's food...it is one of our favorite pizza places from where we both grew up, but this place is bad enough that we are almost done with ever ordering Papa John's again.
So if you are hungry for pizza and you actually want to receive your food, order from another place. Don't waste...
Read moreOn may 30th 2019 at 10 pm the delivery driver was very rude, he said i put the wrong address when i didnt, and than i was letting him know the name of the apartments and explain and gave out the details of the apartment as clear as i could, and when he finally arrived he was trying to argue with me and said he always comes deliver at these apts and he knows this way, which apparently he doesnt cause he kept asking me what the name of the apartments were and kept telling me different apartments he was at, and i clearly told him the name and described it and he kept arguing and saying i told him wrong and than switched it and said i didnt tell him the name and which one, than he changed his story for the 3rd time and said that i sent him to the exit and he turned around and went somewhere else which i did not know he did instead of not telling me it was an exit he kept complaining saying i gave him the wrong direction and i asked him why didnt he try to go the way i was telling him to go through the other side if he didnt want to go through the direction the GPS HAS TOLD HIM, i mean its common sense and i explained to him about more than 3 time its the second enterence he would have to loop around, and than he said he didnt see me outside which i clearly was outside and told him i was and he argued and said i wasnt outside, than when he finally arrived he was honking his horn a few times which was very unnecessary when i was just standing right there, than when he arrived he kept arguing with me technically saying its my fault the GPS told him the wrong direction and kept telling me i put the wrong address which i clearly didnt and i got proof that i didnt put the wrong address, and he also said he wasnt going the way i was telling him and i asked him so he wasnt going to bring me my pizza and he said he couldnt find my address, sooo i dont know if he is a new employee or what but he shouldnt be a delivery driver if he is going to be like that all disrespectful, i dont know if yall talk to yalls employees about customer service or anything but i was just letting that be known for the next person he tries to deliver to, very unsatisfied with that customer service delivery, and i never had a problem with papa johns i love papa johns and i want to keep ordering from yall but not if yall going to have rude...
Read moreIf I could rate my experience with zero stars I would. This was the third time I've had terrible customer service at this location, however my recent experience was by far the worse. I ordered a pizza on my Papa John's app ( because I love Papa John's that much). My order went through and I was under the impression that I would pick my order up in about 30 minutes. Jennifer was the manager on duty. My fiance tried to open the door but it was locked. He knock on the door and she immediately ignored him. He knocked again and she yelled through the door that they were closed. My fiance said he just ordered a pizza and wanted to pick it up. She continued to ignore him. Then she yelled it was a delivery. She never got up to look up our order, just either yelled or ignored us. When a delivery guy came out I asked him if he had a delivery for Ashley, even though I knew I didn't order my pizza for delivery. He said no. Jennifer then yelled that we had to leave her property after we tried to inquire about our order. She then threatened to call the police. She told the police that we weren't leaving her property and that we were trying to get into her store. I've never dealt with anyone so rude and prejudice in my life. I went to the store the following morning to inquire about the incident that occurred the previous night. The shift manager, Tanner, told me that the order had went through for the next day and that he already voided the order and refunded me money (which I still have not received from Papa John's). If Jennifer would have just said that the previous night, instead of assuming that we were two individuals that were products of the environment of which this store is located, everything would have been handled differently. I spoke with another manager today that apologized about the situation. However, after this experience I will NEVER order another Papa John's...
