Horrible experience! If I could have gave a zero I would have since we never even got food. Placed our order received the estimated fine for delivery to be 9:12pm. At 10pm we called the Abrams Rd Pizza Hut in Dallas and first put on hold and the phone hung up. Called back was told they didn't hang up and I was on mute (I can tell on my phone when the call is dropped vs being on mute). Then when inquiring where our food was, we were given the excuse of them being really busy with only one driver and then I was told that the driver had reported it already delivered. Well evidently not since we were still waiting. The person who answered phone then stated that he spoke with the driver and that "most people in our area" like their food left at the door and the driver left it at our door. Do these workers not realize most people have doorbell cameras? Well we have one and there was no deliveries made to our house. The guy on the phone gave us the option to cancel our order or have it remade and take another 45 minutes to deliver. Not once did he offer any compensation for this issue. What really pissed us off was the blatant lie that our food had been delivered and left at the front door not so much that they were busy and only had one driver that would have been more understandable. Finally to top it off, the person on the phone was super abrupt and rude. He did not like that I did interrupt him and then after I told him to just cancel the order, he just hung up. My husband was just released from the hospital so my mother-in-law wanted to treat us to pizza since he was on a bland diet at the hospital. I called this pizza hut to order delivery and every other pizza place around us said they dont deliver where we live. THAT BEING SAID, the FIRST thing i did was ask if they deliever to this address. They told me they did so i placed our order. My mother-in-law, husband, and i waited over an hour before my husband decided to call and see whats going on and at that point they said they didnt have our order and they dont even deliver to us. You bet my hangry butt went up there myself to talk to the manager. This fat, ungroomed, rude woman tried over and over to tell me i was wrong even though she verified that THEIR number was the number i called at 6:58pm when the order was placed. I mean this manager was the WORST manager to talk to ever. Not to mention she hung up on me when my husband handed me the phone at 7:58pm. I will NEVER go to this location and I honestly may not even go to any pizza hut again if this is how they allow their staff to treat people. This isn’t the first time they messed up my order but I called 8 times, 3 of those 8 times a male answered and asked me what was wrong with the order then hung up on me after a 2 minute hold. The other 2 times, the call was answered then hung up. I called from my sister in law’s phone and they answered and I asked to speak to a manager to which they transferred me to the man who took my order in the first place. I explained the situation and he tried to tell me that they had given me the right order, but I don’t have the correct one. I ordered 2 personals, pasta & a medium supreme with stuffed crust. The wrong pizza they gave me was a plain cheese with no stuffed crust.. long story short he wanted me to bring the pizza back which I would’ve but I’m at my sister in law’s house in Irving. After he was just arguing with me and not listening to me, my sister in law explained to him what had happened and he finally listened and said he’d give me store credit. The food was good and we ended up giving the messed up pizza away and kept the rest of our food but I’m just in shock at how rude they were regarding the issue at hand especially when I myself wasn’t rude...
