I believe the girls name is Brittany but this morning she was the one standing and making the drinks with the brunette hair. I have been to this location three times and each time she either completely ignores me when I say thank you or ask questions or will push my drinks behind customers who I assume who are regulars because her face will light up when they come in but when I’m there not a friendly greeting or a smile. She always seems like she is too preoccupied and I find it completely rude and I have continued to give this location a chance but will not be coming back to spend my money in an establishment where I feel the staff is blatantly rude. I have no idea what her problem is but this isn’t the first time and today I was completely fed up. Read moreI don’t even know where to start but my family and some friends went to this location on 6/8/2025 hoping to spend some coffee time. And it was great time until one of the baristas asked me to stop my son from playing (running around). He is 3 years of age and he was just being a kid. But some people just seemed to be against family and kids I guess and don’t understand the primary principle of coffee shops.
I wish there’s a better way of handling this situation instead of showing me his hate towards children and possibly traditional family. His actions don’t represent just his own issues but the business at large. It is evident that there’s lack of training and experience.

Read moreIt was a horrible experience for my daughter while I was waiting for her in my SUV. A blue hair lady who is apparently a new associate had a very bad attitude and was not happy at all to be working today. She gave my teenage daughter a full mouth of attitude and sarcasm. From the beginning she was bothered with my daughter's order with sighs and rolling her eyes and answering with sarcasm. When my daughter was heading towards the door she yells "HAVE A NICE DAY AND DON'T COMPLAIN!" That was really uncalled for. It is not the Customer's fault that she has to work!
