The train playground is really good for little toddlers. It is very easy to climb and has a very small slide that is good for 1-3 years olds. The other playground is probably good up to age 5 or 6. It is pretty small but has 2 slides. My 2 1/2 year old likes it.
There is quite a bit of shade in the morning time which is really nice. There is a water fountain and some green space right by the playground. There is a walking trail right across the street from the playground.
One negative is you must parallel park and some cars go by pretty fast so you have to be really careful when unloading little kids...

Only 2 benches to sit. Rock wall is available but back dropoff. Some dogs were big and a bit territorial. This is kept clean and dog water station...
