If you know me, you know three things; I likes to eat, I keeps it real (I take the rock to the paint every single time), and I like fun word play. With all that said, I was a little disappointed with Pizza Azteca.

Had to get me the vegan cheese (which was way overpriced, but with the plain cheese pizza being so cheap it kinda evened out), and the free jalapeños were a definite add on. Mother Gaia better have been proud of me for taking one for the team like that, cause that ish was BLAND. Cheese tasted like it had been frozen since Kennedy was in office. The crust wasn't too bad, also more plain than a lady named Jane, coming back from a trip to Maine, but I'll take it. The sauce was the worst part for me though. It felt like they went really light with it, but it also had almost zero taste. Seemed like watered down ketchup with a dash of oregano just to rub your face in the lack of flavor. I haven't tried the rest of their food, so I don't want to go too low on the rating, but somewhere out there, an Italian shed a (more seasoned than that sauce) tear for me. The jalapeños were the hero of that pizza. Truly, the only heat source in that frostbitten bland nightmare.

With that said, I'm still giving them four stars. Solely because everyone was very nice and helpful, and it was done pretty quickly. Maybe one of the other pizzas with more toppings...

If you're searching for delicious vegetarian pizza in Dallas, look no further! Their Veggie Delight pizza with Alfredo sauce is nothing short of excellent. It includes spinach, which is something you won't find at the chain pizza places. Pizza Azteca always has quick and attentive service, even when they're busy. They are family owned and so their staff has come to recognize the number when we call to order our Veggie Delight. The pizza is usually ready in 8-10 minutes, sometimes 15. So if you call ahead to order it will be there hot and ready to pick up! I've ordered from them multiple times a week for months, and never had any trouble with an order or under/overcooked food. The Xtra large pizza is more than enough to feed 2 hungry employees with leftover slices. The price is unbeatable (trust me I've looked) for the quality and size of these pizzas. Their cheese sticks are also pretty good. Bonus, this pizza place is attached to another store with a wide selection of beers. They don't sell wine unfortunately but when they do I'm so...

Every since my favorite pizza restaurant closed down due to covid I have been on the lookout for a new pizza joint. I was looking for a pizza place the made 30" pizza's ( like the ones at Serious pizza) and I came across Pizza Azteca by accident by strolling through the internet. Even though I really wasn't familiar with this place, I decided to give them a try anyway. I bought two pizzas: a meat lovers, and a veggie pizza. I am SO glad I found this place, and everyone who sampled the pizza's loved them. I knew right then that Pizza Azteca would become my new pizza joint. I ordered two 30" pizza's for a Superbowl party, and my only regret is not having any business cards to give away; everyone wanted to know where this pizza place is located. So, the next time I order pizza's I'm taking some of their business cards with me. So, keep up the good work,...

Ordered 3 pizzas and a 12 piece mozzarella sticks. Pizza was great! Definitely used canned mushrooms like another review mentioned but I don't see the problem with that. All 3 pizzas were delicious according to the family! Not sure if the Most Sticks were cooked early or it was the small trip back to the hotel but the cheese wasn't as melted as expected. Would only recommend moz sticks being cooked last if in a large order if thats what caused it. They were still delicious though. Also got plenty of Marinara sauce unlike some of the mainstream food places give you. Customer service was good and estimated ready for pickup time was on point! All around had a great experience and would definitely go again.
