Dr. Yijun Fan, MD — Local services in Dallas

The dr is very good , kind and generous.He is also very knowledgeable.I left this dr just because of staff especially the nurse Sissy she is extremely a rude person in this entire world. She is the boss of clinic she Harrased me several times my family told me to file a law suit against her but I preferred to leave this dr. The only thing I don’t like about this dr he didn’t take any action against her she harrased me infront of him. He only told her to leave the room. Several times she called me criminal, a fraud person she asked me to leave this dr several times . I was paying out of the pocket to this dr . I could see other dr through my insurance but I didn’t change but this lady idk why she doesn’t want any patient to come . The dr should fire her asps or he will loose all the patients I remember on my first visit I was exactly on time I spent 150 dollar on cab to see this dr and these 2 ladies Denies and Sissy canceled my appointment for no reason I begged them to take me but they refused I was in so much pain they said they didn’t care . I should have come 15 min before cuz it was my first appointment. I had no choice I was new in Tx that’s why I went to this dr again and continued seeing him for 2 years. I went through a torture through this time whenever I went I had to hear something from Sissy.She is an evil. I heard many complaints against her she has so much attitude and gets Personal to patients. Hope she will face the consequences...

Before seeing Dr. Fan I had seen several doctors (including 2 other Rheumatologists) for excruciating pain that I had been experiencing nonstop for at least 4 months. I’m assuming that the previous doctors I saw weren’t listening to me, because they kept prescribing medications that did nothing at all for my pain. When I reached out to them about the medications not working, they would simply say they’ll check me out again during my 6 month follow up! So I was expected to continue waiting in agonizing pain. So I continued seeking medical help, and when I found Dr. Fan he listened very well, and provided medical care at my very first appointment that started alleviating the pain! Within a couple of days, I was able to sleep better and feel better for the first time in 4 months! Simply because he paid attention to & listened to what my issues were, and quickly addressed them appropriately. He is a wonderful doctor that I’m so grateful to have found! And his office staff is wonderful and extremely friendly & personable. I was literally miserable for months, until now that I’ve received proper treatment for the issues that I was complaining about. I was referred by my PCP to see Dr. Fan. This office is too busy to even schedule a new patient. Plus, I have attempted to call this office 3 times this week. First excuse they were too busy to even schedule a new patient. Second attempt Denise calls within one minute before the practice closes to even schedule. Third attempt Denise gets an attitude for even trying to set an appointment for New Patient. She is very unprofessional and rude to the New Patients. They have the wrong person to answer phone lines to schedule with the Doctor’s. I called my PCP to cancel this referral and send me to other specialist. I would not recommend this place for your Needs. It really bother Denise to even make an appointment for me today. Started to argue with me. I REALLY BELIEVE she maybe in the wrong field!
