I usually don't leave reviews but feel I should just in case someone decides to go to this office and comes across an employee named Beatriz. I called Dr. Huerta's office to ask if they had received paperwork that they needed from my medical doctor. A young lady was helping me and asking me questions, and finally lets me know that they have some of my paperwork but not all. The person I was speaking with asks if she can place me on hold and I respond"yes". After about a minute on hold, Beatriz picks up, but I can tell by her tone of voice that she's upset about something. She continues to ask me what I needed and I proceed to let her know about my paperwork and immediately starts yelling at me, telling me that she can't make an appointment for me because I have not made a payment. While I'm trying to speak to let her know that I'm calling in regards to my paperwork that they are missing, she's still screaming at me and makes sure to tell me about three more times that because I have not made a payment she will not make an appointment for me. When I'm finally able to speak, I let her know that I'm completely aware that I have not made a payment but that was not the reason I was calling. I just needed to know what paperwork I was missing and how I could get it to them as soon as possible to make a future appointment for a procedure I was interested in. Beatriz was very rude, demeaning, and seems like she has zero respect and zero interest in helping people who call that office. I do want to say that other employees are very sweet and...

I can only share from the Hormonal side of Dr Huertas not the plastic surgery side.

This has been a horrific experience. After getting the pellets inserted 09-24 I have had multiple periods, lasting 4-7 days, cramping and horrific breast tenderness. I have called several times only to be told to wear a sports bra and double up on my progesterone pills. These side affects were normal! I had all the blood work done before I went in, so he obviously didn’t even look at my prior levels and overdosed me on estrogen.. I had been on an Estrogen patch prior to the implant with no bleeding.

I did not like his bedside manner. He stood towering over me the whole time, laughing at my questions. I never received a follow up call to see how everything was going after all these concerns. Several times I was told I was speaking to the nurse, but I know it was the girl at the front desk, since when does the nurse answer the phone on multiple occasions? Obviously, I do not recommend this doctor for your hormonal needs.

I don't even know where to start...😁😁. Dr. Huerta and his staff are the BEST. I had liposuction done and did the hormone treatment as well. I am still recovering from the liposuction but so far I am loving loving the results and can't wait until all the swelling goes down to see the final results which I am sure I am going to be happy with. I had previously had the hormone treatment therapy done elsewhere and felt good; however, I gained weight and swelled up ALOT and was really discouraged about getting another treatment. When I explained to Dr. Huerta my concerns about the hormone treatment he took his time in listening to my concerns and answered my questions. Well.. its been a week since I got my hormone therapy and I can honestly say I am so so so happy! I feel ALOT better than the first hormone therapy I had done elsewhere. I am focusing better, no night sweats, no fatigueness, and I am waking up feeling so rested as I sleep so much better now and NO SWELLING. I can go on and on about how happy I am that I...
