OMG!!!! Allyson was a pure delight! I’ve been going to hotworx now for about 2 years and it’s been nothing short of amazing!! I’ve gone to both of Allyson’s locations (Lakewood and Uptown). She hold her studio to HIGH standards. Very personal, understand, and know the ins and outs of hotworx! I am a cheer coach and I reached out to her to host my cheer teams to come and work out as one of their conditioning trainings. She closed the whole hotworx out for us for an hour so we can come and train. She made sure that everything was in order for us. Both of her locations were so clean and smelled phenomenal!! It’s a few days into my membership and I’m so happy to have joined this gym! The gym itself is clean and the staff is so welcoming. I love having the sauna with just myself and my friend when we exercise (and talk about breaking a sweat!). The gym is run well and I wanted to give special thanks to Allyson!! This spot is super clean, well kept, and fun to workout in! The sauna workouts are a whole new level of challenging. The manager, Allyson, was so cheerful and helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process very easy for me to join the facility. She also took the time to explain the cancellation policy so there would be no surprises should I have to cancel my membership....
