This is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The equipment is in perfect condition and they have everything you need; dumbbells, squat racks, machines, cardio equipment, functional training equipment, plyo boxes, and large open-floor areas with turf. Every type of person from every walk of life could have an optimal workout at Paradigm. Whether you are a bodybuilder, a fitness model, a powerlifter, an Olympic weightlifter, a competitive athlete, an endurance athlete, a person in a rehabilitation program, or just a beginner, everything you could need is available. The facility is always clean and everything is of high quality. The owner is really cool and goes out of his way to ensure that members have a good experience here. The gym just reopened in a new location with even more equipment, more space and plenty of parking. The only cons of the former location that most people would agree upon were the parking situation and the size of the facility. Both of these issues no longer exist. The new facility is more than twice the size of the original, and the parking situation has been completely solved. There is a row of spots along the front entrance, an entire parking lot facing the front entrance, and a row of spots along the back entrance where the 24-hour access door is located. Ramon Medina, TRAINER EXTRAORDINAIRE! I really love this gym! The facility is small, but the equipment here is like none that I’ve seen before. THE TRAINERS THO! The trainers here are passionate about meeting your personal goals, and not about making a sale. Nobody likes to be hassled. I've had approximately 5 sessions with my trainer, Ramon Medina, and all I can say is wowch! Not only does this guy know his kinesiology – something that is very important to me as I suffer from joint and muscle inflammation, but he also knows how to torch those calories. Ramon has been a life saver, not only offering the best advice regarding my workout regimen and nutrition, but working with my hectic work schedule. As a financial analyst, month-end, especially quarter-end deadlines are non-negotiable, and Ramon has been MORE than understanding of that. I’ve never met more a more understanding and caring professional. He’s genuinely invested in my progress and wants nothing more than to see me hit my personal health goals. I have been looking all over Dallas for a few months now for a gym. I wanted to find a gym that emphasizes weight lifting, has a luxury feel and isn't class based.

Paradigm gym is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone is really friendly, members and staff alike. Brian, the owner, helped me sign up, showed me around and is very welcoming. Paradigm is accessible 24 hours a day, the locker room area is always spotless with a spa-like atmosphere, infrared saunas, cold eucalyptus towels, and more. The workout areas are also spotless with all new top level equipment. It has every weight and piece of equipment you could ever want or need. It is very difficult to find a luxury gym in Dallas that isn't overcrowded and here I can get in and out quickly without waiting to use equipment.
