Horrible service. I came here at 12 pm today and this slim, gray-haired older lady with a Hispanic accent told me, "We're closed," although the door was unlocked. (I didn't get her name, so I'm using as much detail as I can remember.) I explained that I'm a teacher and can't make it here during the week, but she showed zero compassion or consideration. She told me I could use the kiosk machine and I said I didn't know how to use it. She said she can show me how, but was super unhelpful... and she couldn't explain the timeframe difference in using the kiosk versus human service. The last thing I want is help from someone who clearly doesn't want to help me. I just told her, "Thank you," and hightailed it out of there. If you have other postal options, please avoid this location like the plague... or COVID circa 2020.

The signs on their doors about masks are confusing. The one off the parking lot says mask are required and the one off of Swiss Ave says that they are recommend. When a customer pointed out the inconsistencies with the signage, the employees were incredulous that their signage was sending a mixed message and told the customer to stop causing trouble. With every business in Texas able to set their own mask rules, the signage on doors are very important so customers know what to do before they enter a business. It was sad to see the employees be so hostile to someone who had a valid reason to be confused. All they needed to do, was go look at their doors. The picture is of the Swiss Ave door. As Joe would say, "Come on man."

USPS customer service sent me to this office to pick up time-sensitive mail that was supposedly being held there. When I got there the guy behind the counter sighed and huffed and said he had no idea where my mail was and passed me this note (see photo) so no one would hear him sending me around in a circle to call the customer service line that had just sent me to the office! He told me NOT to tell them he sent me! I STILL don’t have my mail. This place is worthless.

The the USPS staff wasn't very pro-active. They grudgingly acknowledged me when I walked in the door there was no one else in line and there were 3 people behind the service desk. What looked like staff members, I couldn't tell because they weren't all wearing USPS Uniforms and name badges. They were not good listeners and they were quick to pass the buck. My package is 25lbs in weight. Length 4ft 2.5 inches 2.5 inches in diameter. Their max weight for delivery is 75lbs and 180 inches. That information came from Ms. Mosley, who was that post office's Supervisor/ with 30 years experience. Ms. Mosley said that the USPS policy on packages šŸ“¦ within those dimensions will not be delivered to the addresses door step. That is not a service that USPS provides. She went on to explain that oversized packages šŸ“¦ that do not fit in mail box or in the over flow mail boxes, for Apt. complexes. The customers need to pick those packages up at the addresses designated post office. "Ok, then why is USPS taking deliveries that they are NOT going to deliver to the customers address??šŸ¤” USPS is getting paid for orders and package delivery that they are not going to deliver.🤷 When I asked Ms. Mosley to please give me a copy of the USPS delivery policy, she said didn't have one. When I asked where on the USPS website, That I could find that information? Her response was she hadn't looked at the website in her 30 years..lol😹 Nor did she know of any recent updates. So this is what our Taxpayers Dollars šŸ’ø šŸ’° Pay ForšŸ™„ If this isn't incompetence or just a plain Lazy Attitude, I don't know what is🤷 My packages original delivery date was January 21st. I was left a note in my mail box. Instead of the package being dropped at my door step. Ok we know why per the "USPS POLICY" so when I called the 1-800 and went through the process of re-delivery and the automated gave and option to drop off package šŸ“¦ at my door step on Jan 23rd that never happened either. So my re-delivery was ignoredšŸ™ or the Staff at that AL Lipscomb Post Office chose not to honor the terms and conditions of the re-delivery. Therefore I had to drive to the AL Lipscomb P.O. to pick my package my self plus I had to deal with some really poor attitudes. Typical Federal Government Service. If these folks hate their jobs so much they need not live off the Taxpayers Dollars šŸ’° POOR SERVICE AND POOR...

Had a horrible experience. I was supposed to make a return for Amazon. When I came up to counter the lady asked me who is paying for the postage, I informed her it a premade/free label from the vendor. Then she asked for a QR code, I told her I did not get one but I can pull up the instructions if you give me a second, but she told me to step aside because it was going to take me a long time to do it. I corrected her, and said no, it will literally take me a second ( all I did was getting my phone out because I already had it pulled up), and then she got mad and said I was telling her "what to do" and I can't do that. She flew up her hand and walked to the back telling me it would be a second in a rude voice. I was in a bit of surprised because I was not being rude, and just wanted her to wait for a split second for me to get my phone out. The older woman next to her who was working the other counter was able to help me and informed me that the amazon vendor sent me the wrong label and how they do not provide that service anymore. That is all the first lady had to do if she would of given me a second to show her the instructions from Amazon. This is really disappointing because I live in the area and I go there often for...

The woman at the counter was so rude. I asked them to hold a package that got delivered to my old house that burned down. She specifically said I need to pick it up by today when I said I didn't know if I could get out there. I confirmed twice she said by 5:30. I don't know if she forgot what she said or if it was a slip of the tongue. When I showed up at 5:05, the door was closed. I guess the office closed at 5 and not 5:30. I waved to get help and she closed the blinds. A man walked in the closed door and she took his package. Yet when I told her I just needed to pick up a package she was rude and just repeatedly said we closed at 5. I said I talked to someone this morning and they said as long as I get here at 5:30 not we close at 5. Yet she just repeated they closed at 5 and I talked to her. So you don't remember saying 5:30. That's fine, but she didn't have to be so rude about it. Maybe you misspoke. Maybe I miss understood. Doesn't require rudeness and attitude. I lost my home. Kindness and compassion when you clearly remember talking to me and know about my hardship...
