AT&T have terrible customer service! I called in to get Internet in my area in Royse City as we just moved into our house. The rep sent a tablet! What could I do with a tablet if I don’t have Internet. I specifically told him we need Internet so my husband can play video games and stream and for me to use Netflix. I sent this laptop back a couple days later when I found time and here it is 3 months later and they have not checked in the tablet even though I have a tracking number saying they have it. They don’t want to give me my refund and I have made several phone calls to get this rectified. Have had several case numbers and I am frustrated and exhausted more than anything. Stay away from AT&T all they want to do is rack up a bill. So they can make more money. Their customer service sucks. I’ve been transferred to SO MANY REPS. I was just on the phone with them and they hung up. Stay away get Verizon or Timewarner. The incompetence is ridiculous. I’m so frustrated. (to the employees… you’re welcome. why? for making your job easier.) honestly this is not the first time I’ve been told at this store to call 611 instead of asking for their help. This place is unhelpful. I walk in describing the issue I’m having and the employee asks me “how much do you pay a month?” after I state how much I pay, the employee replies “if you pay that much you should have that service included” SERIOUSLY? Read moreIf I can give zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact this store and every time I have been redirected. When I explained my situation I have been attempted to be transferred to service and every time they disconnect me. I am wondering if they have also have scammed others to where that are jammed with complaints and are not able to handle the traffic of incoming calls. They will not help with a simple tracking of product that my mother is returning and telling her that she would have to track it herself or pay the full price on the products being returned. This was instructed by the manager "Jose", no training or professionalism if you ask me. I am currently out of state but calling in to help anyway I can or I would go up to the store myself.
