They new manger there "Mary Williams" needs to be fired - She was rude not just to her workers but to the customers as well- She had my mother in Law waiting in line for about 10 minutes and than told her to go to the next lady because she is closed - My Mother stated "You could have told me that ,instead of having me stand in line" The manger goes on to say , I'm not about to argue with you and blah blah, She was rude and was not very people friendly for her being the manger of this est. I usually shop at rainbows that same location and never had a problem or issues -By looking at the reviews her and being that I called and placed a compliant they don't care about they people who spend their money . This location will no longer get my business , nor my family and friends . Higher ups need to look into these reviews because one day the people you have work there will cost you your business . I wasn't looking for anything in return just a simple call back from the District Manger . I called and spoke with their Business office and Monica was very helpful . When I walked in the store there was an older Hispanic lady with tattoos āgreetingā people at the door, she ended up being the one who rang me up. When I get too the register I had a lot of clothes. As soon as I put all of my items down, she gave me the most piercing death glare Iāve ever seen. It was almost funny. If you hate your current job so much, DO NOT WORK AT A PLACE THAT DEALS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. She didnāt speak to me, I kept catching her trying to size me up, made me feel like she had a problem. No hello, no smile, no thank you, just plain dry customer service as if she doesn't want to ring up customer, with that I know it all attitude. If she's been there for a while she needs to bring her stupid ego down. The other ladies working on the floor didn't say hi, or offer help except the young lady at the exit, she did say bye & thanked for shopping. If a place doesn't make their customers feel welcome, I'm gna put them on blast on don't go back to that location. Remind your employees that they're sales associate as well & describe their job duties.
