Read moreI have been having issues with my network. I constantly can't send or receive texts or make and receive calls. I have been going through the process of constantly resetting my network, looking at the roaming, and a bunch of other useless steps to get it to work and it don't. I tried everything including the ultimate reset. This has been going on for a while and have been speaking with your reps for awhile. All of these potential causes they are giving me is still not helping me with my issues. I regret switching over. Now I have to pay money to either get another phone or get the same whack one from insurance. I went in about 2 weeks ago to get service and was told that I would receive a 4 family plan for $100 and one month with switching services if only I would of know I would of stayed with T-Mobile and after being 2 weeks with Boost I woke up this morning with no service. I then decided to go to the store and one of the girls there I believe she was the assistant store manager told me that I had to pay up either way to continue my services.
