Too bad you can't give a zero star! 4 people waiting to check out, 1 register open, 5 employees at the front, including a manager. A new register is finally opened after waiting 12 minutes so far and the front end manager takes the last person to walk up to the registers. Yes, placed my stuff on shelf, and stormed out. No apologies no nothing. Hobby Lobby has lost a long time customer today to Michael's.
Given my time shopping for items, and this is very disrespectful to say the least.
Obviously not one customer is valued with this store! Perhaps new management is needed with extraordinary customer service skills.

I am aware of the religious affiliation of the store which is one of the reasons I do not go more often. I am not a 'Karen' but it would be nice if some of the customers could be a little polite. It is like the words 'excuse me' and 'pardon' are in some way beneath them. I am not saying that it is because the store has prominent religious connections but. . . Read moreI wish there was an option to put zero stars! A few months ago I came in 10 minutes before they closed and a worker looked at me and said "y'all better hurry" to my boyfriend and I. I knew what I wanted and I was out in 5 minutes. I understand that it was about to close and she wanted to leave but that was just extremely RUDE. I just tried to return a book that I bought a week and a half ago. They said no because they don't carry it anymore. There was no nothing wrong with it, it's just not what I thought it was.
