Waffle House — Restaurant in Dalton

I literally had the worst experience today at this Waffle house. We come here often and most of the time the servers are so amazing and sweet. This time was a completely different story. My family and I eat here often and most booths along with tables are cramped. We decided to sit at two separate tables. Our server, from the moment we sat at two tables, seemed irritated by it. I understand that the other table is another tip she could be getting and we don't mind tipping double. Money is of no object to us. This server had a really bad attitude the whole time and as I was ordering with my brother she said something similar to the kitchen having a "fun time" with our order because we get double hashbrowns most of time. That made me feel so uncomfortable and like I was an inconvenience to the kitchen. It completely ruined the experience and even apologized to the server. She told me there was no need to be sorry but how is someone supposed to feel? By the end of it when my dad had his wallet out to tip is when she changed her attitude and we heard her complain about the 5 dollar tip. Bad customer...

I have never done this before but I just had the worst dinning experience at this location. The ONE cook they had could only handle cooking orders one at a time. We were there for over an hour and all received our food at different times and one waffle was burnt and one wasn’t cooked all the way. - Our server seemed sweet but never came to check on us, or refill drinks we had to ask. Poor girl barely said one word the whole time. - She unfortunately had to work with a girl named CiCi who had the most unprofessional attitude and was arguing with the cook and girl who was serving us in front of the whole restaurant. And when we first arrived CiCi said “ugh more people are coming in”. I wanted to walk out right then but had a group with me and couldn’t. She was not a good team member at all, and personally made the whole experience uncomfortable for my family. We will never come back to this location. Multiple tables walked out while we were there bc they just simply weren’t greeted and were tired of listening to CiCi run her mouth and not help to fix...

My family and my brother and sister-in-law stopped by this Waffle House, January 4th, after an event in Dalton. It was around 11:00pm. The first thing that we realized was very wrong was when my brother was handed his bill, he was charged over $36.00. His bill was only for himself and his wife. After looking over the bill, they he had been charged $18.00 too much. To the waitresses credit, she did review the bill with the calculator and adjust the bill. After we had paid and had left, my son and I began to be really sick. He threw up his meal on our way home. I threw up when we got home. We were fine when we got to the restaurant, and also fine again once we "lost" our dinner. My sister-in-law was also nauseous after eating her dinner.
