The flavor is not bad. The amount of shrimp served is good. The soup was very tasty. The rice is a tad bit undercooked, and the veggies had zero crunch. They're too tender. The hot sauce tastes like ketchup with crushed red peppers.

Update: I went today to get something quick but not considered fast food. They’re out of chicken. 😯 I find that incredible, considering there are THREE nearby supermarkets with chicken for sale.

I’m done with this restaurant. I’ve been there about 5 - 7 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt and supporting them in their local business. But there comes a time that, as a patron who has had to continually settle, I have to stop visiting a place to send them the message. Some businesses do not take customer reviews seriously. EXTREMELY rude to my elderly mother because I called in an order. No where does it say that you cannot call in an order ahead of time so I called it in so that my mother would not be confused ordering at a new place for her. When they took my order they didn't say anything about not being able to call in orders, but when my mom got there to get the food the lady at the window was speaking extremely rudly to her and telling her not to call in orders. The food can be eaten in the dining room (though I am not sure about with COVID right now) or taken out through the drive though. The owner is always on the premises and works right along with the other chefs. They cook your food in a very short time for you as you like; spicy, with extra onions, whatever. It is fresh, home-cooked, and it is delicious. No need to go to China or Japan unless you want to see those places. This place is family-owned and has been in Dalton for years. Our family...
