The workers there at liberty square just ignore you with the exception of one who came to the window twice to make sure we were good. I ordered ahead and picked up 15 -20 minutes after doing so. I ordered the 2 for 6.50 double spicy chicken and the 2 for 6.50 double fish. The spicy chickens, both of them, were so hard that I could barely bite through them and the lettuce of the fish, both of them, were old and no good so they tasted terrible. I also ordered a fry lovers XL which was good. I'm taking the chicken back today but I was starving last night so I made one sandwich out of the two fish because I had to throw the top half that contained the lettuce of both sandwiches away because I didn't want to be sick with food poisoning.. used to be one of my favorite places to eat but over the past 2 years the quality of service and food has plummeted. I'll update my review later on the service of how I was treated in returning these sandwiches... Very unhappy with this place Update.. they remade my 2 double spicy chicken sandwiches without a problem and it was delicious. The service was much better also. This shift definitely made up for the previous days night crews lack of everything! I'll be giving a better rating...

They got my order wrong- I order the two for five combo- Got home didn't have what I ordered-I called, The young lady on the phone said they would fix it- Two days later I drove by to order some more food and pick up the order they got wrong as well - Instead she wanted to give me one hamburger - I said that's not what I ordered- I ordered two for five- I didn't come to eat one hamburger two days ago and one today! She said you ate it so we can only give you one! like I was stealing from them! So I told her to keep it because that's not what I ordered-I called customer service they had my card number on file buying the two for five combo so I put in a complaint and no one ever contacted me back- I called back once a week for a month still no one contacted me- So they won I gave up and they stole from me and wanted to argue about it like I was stealing from them! So, I wont be going back- they ruined my dinning experience with them over a 5 dollar combo - I'm sorry you guys got my order wrong and wanted me to eat it the way you wanted me to eat it and then argue with me like...

I had ordered food through the drive thru 2 gorillas meals and 2 double spicy chicken sandwich they said okay park so we can cook the chicken I said okay well after 30min of waiting I sent my daughter to ask about they ignored her so I got out asked what happened she said the drive thru girl just opened the window and said okay ill check but she just closed the window went back to the drive thru so I asked where my food is been more than 30 min like I have the car on waiting come to find out they gave my order to someone else so finally got my order within 5min which I was like why couldn't I just wait in the drive thru But worst of it the drive thru girl opening and slamming the window and throwing sauce packets at just hope we dont cross paths any more Iwas there at 12 I recommend if they tell you to wait . Wait in the drive thru otherwise you just ganna waste time I also got burger covered in mayonnaise like bruh really im not the one that messed up I lost gas waiting...
