My husband and I were going to buy a ring from this gentleman. He met us at the mall and we went into a jewelry store right below Kay in the Dalton mall to get them to look at it. Come to find out the ring was to small for my husband’s finger and couldn’t be resized. We spoke to the jeweler about some of their rings then we walked down to Kay to see what they had. We were only looking at cheap rings afraid we wouldn’t be able to afford anything real. I wasn’t expecting to get anything that day or order anything or pick out rings for my husband and I both. We were looking at rings just for my husband because I was just using my engagement ring as my wedding ring or my cheap wedding band. Well the young lady in there was amazing! I got approved for a $1000 credit card because my credit score wasn’t to horrid. Lol. She helped my husband and I both pick out the perfect rings. We did have to let them send them both off to be resized which the wait is killing me, but it’ll be worth it when they get here. Lol. So not only did she help my husband find the perfect ring, but I got one as well which I was not expecting and both under $1000 with some incredible discounts. Very sweet people in there and we also made friends. They are VERY helpful. Highly recommend from my husband and I both. We have never got to get brand new rings before that are actually real. Our wedding bands we had were brand new but not “real.” My engagement ring is real but it wasn’t brand new when I got it so it’s really nice to be able to get brand new “real” rings and start our own story. Read moreI went and bought a ring about a month ago. Got sized and was told I was a certain size even thought It felt tight. The lady told me if I dont like how it fits I’ll order you another one. Two days ago, I went to pick it up and tried it on and it was very tight. I was told that because I had just got done working out, it was tight. Went home for a couple of hours and tried it on again with the same results. Went back to the store same day and the lady said that if I chose any bigger size that I would loose it. I told her I still wanted to get sized up. She told me that the system won’t let her and she would do it first thing in the morning and give me a call. Next day I went back even though I hadn’t recieved a call to see if everything was ok. I go in and the store manager tells me that I don’t know how to use a ring and that it’s suppose to feel tight. Then proceed to try to stretch my ring in the back. Not only does it still fits the same, what they did scratched and marred the rings surface. All 4 employees proceeded to tell me that the ring fit perfect and that i don’t know how to wear a ring. Ended up going to another Kay store and they treated me a lot better and resolved my issue. Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever encountered from a Kay Jewelers. I have my engagement, wedding ring and other rings from Kay's. Well this specific location couldn't find my information so handed me over the computer to look myself up which is a current HIPAA violation because I was have access to other members information. I also was told that due to certain policies they were unable to allow my warranty to continue and when I ask why she asked told me the rules of keeping the warranty. Mind u that has never been explained to us. We have just taken rings in whenever we could due to children and life and Covid. When asked how I could possibly manage to do that she asked, "Well, would you rather me come to your house and pick it up." From there I realized this manager was very unprofessional and completely rude. I have always been a fan and promoted Kay's because of how easy and fluid things were. I will never use them again.
