We have ate her a few time from work. This is the first time I have went and pick up food. It was a total cluster. To start with I told the little girl that I had 2 orders and on the 1st one and what I wanted. As soon as she handed me the ticket to sign for that order she walked off. I stood there for a minute or so and waved her back over and she and told her I had another order. This seemed to cause her some problem because she wasn't happy about it. When my food was called I asked for some Soy Sauce and this is when the major problem started they told me it was going to be .65. I told them that was insane to have to pay that much for a little pack of sauce. The young guy that was working was kinda of nice about it. But I was upset and stated I didn't understand why I was having to pay for something that was in bottles on all the tables. The girl in a very smart fashion told me it was on the sign. I told her I understood why a cup of yum yum sauce or sweet and sour or hot sauce would be that much but not soy. When the sauce was brought out they had brought sweet and sour. I explained I had asked for soy and they informed me I did not. Now I will say I make mistake so even if I misspoke you would think when I said it's in bottles on tables and that I could understand paying for sweet and sour that might have been a clue we had a misunderstanding. So when I get back to work seems the little girl wasn't paying attention to much because I had ordered a salad and it wasn't in my bag. To be fair at least she didn't charge me for it. I think with everyone wear mask they are just hearing what they expect to hear and not what is being said, but I didn't have a mask on. The owner and the representatives clearly did not follow instructions when the order was placed with DoorDash online. I've had to call several times with a person or persons who clearly did not understand complete English. I simply ordered a steak and and shrimp hibachi meal. Instead, I receive teriyaki chicken and shrimp. You would think by calling customer service to have the order rectified they would get it correct. Instead, again, they blame the issues on the DoorDash representative. I received my order and it's still incorrect They send me a side dish of shrimp? Adding a dollar extra for also some side thing like dumplings.
