My wife and I went there on Sunday September 17th 2023 about 1:30 pm. We ordered the Longhorn Burgers Well Done with fries. And a bread loaf w/ butter. When we received the bread, you couldn't slice it with the steak knife. You had to tear a piece off ! Ate one little piece thanks to the butter ! Our burger and fries came. My wife's burger was fine. When I sliced my burger in half, it was still raw meat in the patty !! I told my server. She said to put the burger on my saucer, and took it back to the kitchen. When I got it back, it was still the same burger cut in half like I did at first ! They just took the meat out of the burger and cooked it some more, till it looked Well Done !! I think they should have made a new one, but that's what I got ! I started eating it, but it just wasn't special anymore . I couldn't eat it all, but I guess I was hungry and I tried to. The fries were good ! My wife said her food was good . I ordered sweet tea to drink. The second glass of tea was so sweet I couldn't drink it . I poured some of my wife's water in it and stirred it. But it didn't help, Actually made it worse ! I guess I stirred up more excess sugar !! I ended up drinking my wife's water !! At this point, I'm not happy with our meal ,, so I'm ready to go ! We were paying for our meal with a gift card she got from the hospital she works for. For employee appreciation week at work !! Thanks goes out to her fellow employees for their gift !!!! I am usually not the kinda person to make waves, but that bothered me !!!! She was doing the gift card transaction with the ticket for our meal. It was almost $43.00 . Her card was for $50, so she told the server to keep the rest of the card for her tip . And the $7.00 left was less than the minimum tip it listed on the bill !!! My wife signed to verify the card used, and we sat there for 10 - 15 minutes waiting for her to come back to get the ticket so we could get our receipt to leave !!! At this time I was definitely not happy with our celebration for my wife's service !!! So, I guess that's why I'm posting this message now, about our "not very impressed"with Longhorns of Dalton Georgia outing !!! I'm sorry for complaining, but this really bothers me!!! I felt like by having to wait so long for her to come back, that she wanted us to leave then and not get the receipt for our meal !!!!!

I am livid that an innocent employee that always does their job is in trouble because of Tyler lying.*I’ve been coming Longhorn every other week for years. Recently it’s gotten really bad. Out for husband’s birthday today and we get treated like this…This is sad, 1st pic is from 8 months ago, second pic is today. It took 20+ minutes to get butter and the rush is already over…my lobster is cold now. Over cooked steak(which I know isn’t the servers fault unless he put the ticket in wrong)The “butter” is oil and I SWEAR it is dish soap mixed with olive oil…not the usual butter that comes with the lobster. The macaroni was cold, like they pulled it straight out of a fridge which we sent back. Tyler (our server) spilled my tea all over the floor AND MY HUSBANDS SHOES/PANTS….It’s honestly not even worth the price any more..the only good server is Cleve & Brit and there are some really sweet hostesses but it’s not worth coming to get half @$$ service and dish soap “butter”. Waiting currently for 20+ minutes for a box and the check(which is going to my dogs) while my server is talking with another employee….all I want is the check and to go home. I will NOT be back unless I know Cleve is working. He actually takes care of his tables. TYLER decides to go to the back and talk about us and said “they are just mad Cleve isn’t here to give them a discount” listen TYLER, Cleve has NEVER given me a discount and I have friends kids that work with you. I also know the corporate manager and I hope you know treating customers like you have is NEVER the way to get a good tip. Read moreUpdate, Didn't want to delete my first review! Well, over a month gone by now, an absolutely NO RESPONSE FROM THE DALTON GEORGIA LOCATION.!!?? Poor excuse of management!!! Good, bad or ugly!! This deserved a response unless their management evidently doesn't give two sh%ts about their customers' experience!!?? I know I will not break the bank for not returning, but I hope this review helps someone else not to suffer the same experience!
Went to meet old friends. We were seated after a short wait, all good. We placed drink orders and received those then placed food orders. I ordered an appetizer for my meal. My 5 friends ordered salads, soup, steaks, and baked potatoes. They all received their food a while later as I sat and waited on an appetizer! And was told SEVERAL TIMES it would be right out!?! By the time I received the appetizer I had ordered, my friends were over halfway finished with their food!! I should have just canceled it but chose not to make a fuss. But, I definitely should have from what I was given. Every single one of the wraps were hollow!!!
