Market Street Shoppes — Local services in Dalton

Went to the Dollar Tree. I am prone to bathroom emergencies but theirs was blocked by a buggy that said Out of Order. I inquired as to where I might use a restroom and an employee told me I could go to Goodwill. I obviously wasn't making it that far. I was informed by another customer that it really wasn't out of order and they had been in there and used the facilities. Another customer said the staff was talking about me having a "senior moment" and thought they were probably going to have to get the mop and bucket. Then the truth came out. The employees let it slip that some of them had contracted covid and thought that it was best just to close down the restroom. Of course I contacted the corporate office. Haven't heard back...

The sad state of the Daton Outlet Mall is very disparaging. I remember the days when every store was booming with business. I always wonder why they can't seem to fill all the stores.

With that being said, we do enjoy visiting Tuesday Mornings and The Dollar Tree.

What stores are there do have good wheelchair accessibility.

There are only two shops I visit is Dollar Tree and very rarely Tuesday morning. The whole area is pretty much dead. Back in the 80's it used to be a wonderful place to shop with a large variety of great stores. Such a shame it's gone...
