Update: This Aim Mail Center office is still Top of Class! I needed help to package two complex gifts for UPS and Jimmy came to the rescue. He found two beautifully-decorated gift shipping boxes just the right size, and helped me wrap the fragile gifts carefully in bubble wrap inside. Jimmy patiently provided detailed pricing on all kinds of shipping timing, and got my most time-sensitive package into the UPS van just by 5 pm. He even printed a return address label for me after I forgot mine. Excellent service.

Had a very important package delivered by DHL to my mailbox here. Tracked the shipment and after confirmation from DHL, came to pick up, only to be told that nothing had arrived. After a lengthy discussion, I was told affirmatively by the employee that the DHL delivery confirmation was incorrect. So then I called DHL while I was at the mail center and obtained the name of the person who signed for the delivery, which happened to be the same employee who told me that nothing had been delivered. Then another employee went looking for the package and found it in the outgoing DHL box. Basically he received my package threw it back into the outgoing DHL box and then told me straight out that nothing has been received. No one even bothered to apologize or explain. This is ridiculous for a business with its only job to handle mail. This business cannot be trusted. I will be moving my account to another...
