Agree with the other reviews regarding the rudeness of the gentleman that works there. I had called prior to confirm that they can replace a battery in the watch I was bringing in. Even when I dropped it off I confirmed with a sweet woman that was working there and she said yes they can replace any battery even if the watch is old like mine.
