Vintage Yacht Club — Local services in Dana Point

While spending the afternoon walking around the Dana Point Harbor, we came across this new store that has amazing vintage, and new but made to look vintage, home decor, clothing, and really unique items. We have been on the hunt for unique artwork and we've really found it here. We purchased a piece today that is affordable but probably the most well made frame I've ever seen. You will never find anything like this at big box stores. Eric, the owner, is amazing and friendly, and has really struck upon something with his store. It's a pleasant surprise to not see another touristy knick knack store along the waterfront. This is anything but and we look forward to returning to continue decorating our home. We were visiting from the Bay Area and staying at the Marriott just up the hill. Walking down to the harbor is a nice activity to kill some time but this shop is worth it as a destination. First of all, a brother and sister that open their own shop and follow a dream is just the best story. And the cool unique things in here are what you want to take home as souvenirs. Not a tshirt or a hat (although they have really cool caps in here) but a set of rock glasses (i almost couldn’t resist them) or the bone/ivory boxes (i took two) will be great mementos from this wedding weekend. Had a great experience here on 2 occasions. First time I was here I was so impressed with the wide variety of items for sale. Bought a few items and considered others that I ultimately came back for after doing my homework. Eric was considerate listened to my stories about my interests and then showed me things based on my interest. I found several wonderful treasures.
