I could not believe the service that I got? The gentleman was unknowledgeable about everything!!! He knew nothing about anything I asked and he kept having to look everything up in a book and still couldn't find the answers they were very basic questions about life vest did my 13 year old need a license for his raft excetera.. he kept stumbling his words my 13 year old son even said he sucked.. the place look empty and unstocked. I was not impressed at all and I would never ever go back. Sorry for the bad review,but first impressions are huge and I'm just trying...

Even though this is a small storefront, so although they likely have what you need, if not, there is no "check in the back". While some products are reasonably cheap, you generally pay for the luxury of physically handling products to determine the fit/build quality/etc. If you're trying to find a match for a decrepit, disintegrating piece of flotsam that fell off your boat, the time saving can we'll be justified.

The staff here is courteous, friendly, and professional. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the product that I purchased and after receiving a bad batch she did everything in her power to rectify the problem. Even going so far as to contact the manufacturer. I appreciate her assistance and my DIY project is now completed...
