Friendly staff, great e-bikes for our family. We road from Dana Point to San Clemente Pier. In fact we overshot our turn to the pier and added another 30 minutes or more to our ride. We had to rush back to make it before our rental time expired. These bikes rocked and got us back to the shop within 30 minutes. The battery meter didn’t drop the entire day. Mind you we used pedal assist for pretty much the entire day. We would easily rent again from Pedego Electric Bikes Dana Point or if the need ever arose to purchase one, I would consider a Pedego. We live in Phoenix, AZ so the need to a throttle e-bike doesn’t make much sense, just a simple pedal assist bike...

I got my city commuter e bike from Pedego Electric Bikes Dana Point last month . Danny, the owner was very nice and patient to guide me all the way how to use the e bike safe and sound . When I brought my e bike back because of a loud noise from braking , he fixed it for me right away with no charge.
