A terrible inconvenience for this metropolitan area. The train crosses at hours of business, holding traffic from 20 - 30 minutes at times, backing up traffic on both sides, at least 100 cars or more, including other major avenues including st rd 84, 17th st causeway, and davie blvd, in our very busy downtown Ft. Lauderdale metropolitan area. Crossing times include 6:30am 6:45am 7:00am 8:00am 8:45am 9:00am 11:00am 4:30pm 5:45pm 6:30pm and I believe 11:00pm. This company needs to get together with the city to come up with a better system. This is the year 2020 now, and these delays at especially busy hours need to be resolved. Read moreI live along the RR in Boynton Beach Fl. and someone from our community claiming to be on our board of HOA called and complained about the austrailain Pines pulling up our asphalt to the The FEC maintaniance dept. so they came out and cut down everything and now we have no barrier from sound and dirt from RR. Since then, we have also had numerous break ins. Is it possible for the RR to replace a barrier wall or plants to cut down the noise and dirt? and help with our security.
