I Purchased a used tow truck from this dealership. From 1500 miles away. I saw the truck online and inquired about it. I got a quick response with many details and pics. All said and done i ended up with 20+ pics and 3 videos. The salesman matt went the extra mile knowing that i was a picky buyer and i was putting a lot of trust in his hands being that I was so far away. They had just received the truck and had not had a chance to thoroughly inspect it. The day after I contacted them, they brought the truck into the shop, found and repaired several problems to make sure they were selling me a good solid piece of equipment. Once the deal was almost final I opted (at my own cost) to have some preventative maintenance work done before the long drive back to New Hampshire. The service department jumped right on it and completed the work at a moments notice for a very Reasonable rate. Once everything was complete I received all of the repair order paperwork for my records. Including the work they had done at their own cost to prepare the vehicle for my purchase. My driver arrived in Florida to inspect and finalize the deal. Matt the salesman who i dealt with the entire time Took very good care of my guy. Matt had even offered to pick up my guy at the airport to save me from having to rent a car.

I give this dealership,it's salesman Matt, and the entire experience five stars. Simply put - Irrelevant to the fact I was buying a low dollar used vehicle. I was treated just the same as if I was Spending $500,000.

These people are the worst!!! Do not pay them until you are 100% satisfied before you take delivery, once you take delivery and pay them they WILL NOT stand behind their product. We ordered 2 trucks and after many delays they were delivered damaged and not complete. Not to mention the bait and switch tactics! The truck had body damage and peeling paint off the frame and body. The truck was missing the tool box and self winding tarp and the tarp. The drop axle has had problem since day one and has been in the shop several time and they keep replacing the relief valve, which doesn't fix it. By the way they charge for repairs because "it is not covered under warranty" because it was from a 3rd party. Keep in mind that we bought the truck from them WITH the drop axle on it. Come to find out that it has been the tank all this time, it has a crack in it. They refused to fix it (the manufacture did replace the tank and air control valve for us OUTSIDE of Kenworth. So just to be clear the drop axle WAS under warranty!!! The first major break down was the oil line break and you can see where they had replaced it before we took delivery. When these matters were brought to the attention of the general manager they were dismissed and they offered $850 as a courtesy, The fact is that is what they charged for the tarp roller that was not on the truck. They refused to supply the tarp roller, tool box or fix the damage. The other truck did come with a $100 home made manual winder for $850?!?! And the truck was to have the same spec's but with a single axle and it came with crank window not power. Both trucks were to have camera systems also which never happened. On 11/20/19 we've bought a $136000.00 T370 truck from Kenworth of South Florida and that was the worst decision we made as the truck they had several issues: Truck was delivered late or 2 weeks after we combined. Truck was registered by them with wrong VIN# so it took us weeks to fix. Truck was delivered to our site in Massachusetts with backup camera wires hanging on the panel as they use cheap 2 sided tape to glue the screen on panel and that didn't make it even on the first trip from Florida to Mass so i had to pay to fix it and was not compensated for it. Truck was delivered with smooth surface flatbed and not diamond surface as was requested so every time we do deliveries the pallets of pavers or stones moves side wise making very dangerous on the roads Lastly but most important Mr. Ruben Rodriguez advise me to buy the truck with just enough capacity of caring it 66000 lbs even though I've told him that all 3 other competitors he had suggested that we should buy one step larger so we don't force the motor and transmission all the time and his comments on that was that the other dealers was just trying to sell me a higher price truck and with his 30 years experience he never did that.
