I recently bought a truck through Bisbee Honda on January 11th and they told me it's nothing wrong with this truck and it had a new Virginia inspection sticker on it, which is illegal in the state of Virginia if the wheel bearings are bad.. So I test drove it and I told them I think that the wheel bearings are going bad and I smell antifreeze pretty strong in the front well they said it's not the wheel bearings is the new tires making the sound and they said someone must have spilled antifreeze when they change the fluids. And I was told do not worry we will take care of anything that is messed up and now they're saying they're not going to. Well the sound got worse and it was indeed the wheel bearings going bad on the front. So they said they replaced them and when they did they tightened them way too tight so then I tell them that the water pump is leaking water so they replaced it and I told them they had to loosen the wheel bearings up a little bit because they are way too tight so they did then my serpentine belt started making a lot of noise bad so I had to pay almost $200 for a new serpentine belt. So now I'm feeling like I am stuck with a $10,000 truck that I'm paying payments on and insurance which add up to ride at $600 a month for a vehicle that I cannot drive it because I don't have the money to fix it because I'm only on SSI and only get $900 a month and my feeling is they should take care of it because I was told don't worry whatever is wrong will take care of it because we want you happy as a customer and now they're saying well we're not going to take care of anything you do it yourself and to me that's not very professional . They would not even come get my vehicle so it ended up costing me about over $600 to get it towed to Bisbee Honda. I had planned on later this year I was supposed to come into some money and I was going to buy a car from them but if they're not going to take care of me then I'm not going to waste my money buying something that I got to worry to death is it going to break down in a less than a month. And I'm not trying to be hard to get along with but for $10,000 I expect it to be right and not a piece of junk that's going to break down every time I turn around. So to me it only looks like you get good service and treated well if you buy a brand new vehicle and poor folk like me can't afford a brand new vehicle so I guess they really don't care to give people like me great service because I'm poor. So it kind of makes me feel like that they're possibly sitting back chuckling about how good they broke it off in me on that truck that's a lemon. Because they were no way whatsoever nice about letting me know they're not going to do what they said when they told me don't worry about anything that messes up they'll take care of it. Because honestly the way they're making me feel is if I was wealthy they wouldn't mind helping me like they told me they would when I got the truck. Update so now it is costing me over $1,500 to have it fixed that I only got to drive it almost right at one month. Which I find unfair. Well Bisbee Honda at it again, now I was told 2 months ago that I needed a timing chain and it would be $1,400 to fix by Reshod Harris, and now he said that that is just to tear down to check the time and chain. And when I looked up the price to have a timing chain replaced it was between $1,400.1700 so I don't understand how it's $1,400 just to tear it down. So I asked him what can we do he said a new engine would be $10,000 a used engine would be $9,500 and for me to get it out like it sits with the engine tore down would be over $1,400. I'll tell you they sure are treating me really good. Aren't they? They said they was going to work with me before and didn't and now they're saying they're going to work with me and look at what kind of working with me I have to deal with. What a lemon. And such bs to have to go through and deal with. Thanks a lot Bisbee...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI Contacted service after returning home from a trip to the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH, an 8 hour drive during which the transmission in my new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite, purchased from Bisbee, failed to up shift from low gear. When starting from a stop the transmission would could only be shifted manually otherwise the engine would dangerously over speed. Likewise, once manually shifted to obtain highway speed the transmission would not downshift to pass another vehicle, climb a hill or or resume highway speed negotiating traffic without manually shifting. This went on continuously for 323 miles. The following day, after arriving home, I drove the Pilot to Bisbee and, after sitting all night, the transmission preformed normally. After inspection by the technician service advised they could find no fault codes logged by the computer and the test drive failed to duplicate my complaint, the transmission shifted as it should. So, nothing could be done to further investigate the problem. I spoke with the Service Manager in detail regarding the situation detailing my concerns about the transmission issues. The service manager advised unless the technician could duplicate the transmission issue they could do nothing. I was told if the problem returned and I could get the vehicle to them with it occurring then it could be addressed. I pointed out due to health issues I would be required to return to the Cleveland Clinic a minimum of three additional times in the coming 60 days. And as such, I did not feel the vehicle would reliably make the trips. Accordingly, I was left with no option other than risking the upcoming travel with an obviously faulty transmission that could fail at any time leaving my sick wife and myself stranded on the side of an interstate highway potentially in a desolate area. I was told I could contact Honda Corporate with my complaint. This is completely unacceptable considering the Pilot Elite is a new vehicle with 11,000 miles. I will contact Honda Corporate to file a formal complaint. The transmission is defective and should be replaced under the new vehicle warranty or the dealership can buy the car back or replace it. We love Honda vehicles and this is the third new Honda I have purchased. Obviously this...
