So I was stationed in Danville, VA and decided to do business while on location. I’m not a vapor but I occasionally have guest at my hm who enjoys hookahs. I purchased a starter small hookah device with everything to enjoy as seen in photos. The problem is the fact that I was there in 2021. However if you look at the dates on the nicotine products were already expired!? Again I’m not a vapor so I don’t know what to look for however this is so unacceptable. I’m going to need this fixed because that’s not cool. Expired products fall under losses on your business P& L. You should not be selling expired goods to consumers. Feeling a bit disappointed. As you can see everything was as received nothing altered. I feel like I deserve some non expired goods since that’s what I paid for initially. The man running this store is so rude. Literally went in to browse and buy a vape and he asked me if I was ok every 10 seconds and hounding me as if he thought I was trying to steal something. After asking a few questions about prices and quality of some of the vapes he then says he has to make me leave because he has to go to the bathroom and he has to lock the door. I buy a vape and and leave, deciding you sit there for a min to see if he actually came and locked the door, and no he did not. Guess I wasn’t welcome in his store. Gemmy is a very cool human being, if you're short a few cents he'll cover it for you and his tobacco products are reasonably priced and usually the cheapest place to get most brands. There's also a decent array of bongs and vape devices also fairly priced. The incense selection is also pretty good.
