Hobby Lobby — Local services in Danville

I like this store because the people are always nice and honest. The store like any crafted store can be overwhelming at times with everything in it. And I've had to ask where a couple things were, every time someone stopped and took me there. Once even on his break. Obviously with any craft store things can be a bit expensive but it's still a dream going into the store. The best prices are when things are clearanced off and wow! Big savings there. Just look for the orangish reddish sticker! You can save like over 90% sometimes. It's never too packed which I love and they never let it get past 3 people in line before they call for back up which I appreciate so I'm not there for an hour in line! Great store. Two associate were having a conversation while stocking. I approached them while they were talking and they did not stop there conversation. Being that I work in retail I feel it is not rude for me to interrupt being that I am a customer. I asked them for the product I was looking for and as if i bothered her she said they did not have it. Instead of leaving I looked for the item and found it. I was sure to go back and let them know they do carry that item. I go to the checkout line where there were 2 people in front of me and then notice there are 2 other lanes with no one waiting but neither cashier bothered to tell the others waiting that they could move over. Usually a place to get what you want quickly and efficiently, guess I was lucky and caught them on an off day. I walked back to the fabric department to pick what I needed and headed to the counter. Another customer was already there getting material as well...several items. After waiting a few minutes, I noticed they were carrying on a personal conversation, oblivious to anyone else standing in line to be helped. A few more minutes went by with little progress, so I left the material on .the counter and left.
