Mattress Firm Danville — Hotel in Danville

On Oct 26 my husband and I visited to Danville facility of Mattress Firm. Upon entering the store we were wRmly greeted and advised to look around and view the merchandise. If questions or concerns let the sales agent know. The store was set up beautifully, very very clean and all beds situated so one could walk around freely. The sales agents name is Clavesha. A most confident, knowledgeable and personable young woman.. I felt at ease with her no pressure sales approach and k ew I'd be buying a mattress set from her. My eyes ventured towards the Hurstonby Stetns and Foster. CLAVESHA explained this was a floor model and also one that could not be ordered. I wanted it anyway.a small down-payment was taken however I was given the number for progressive leasing so I could put down more. Unfortunately I was unable to reach anyone. I went back to the store and Clavesha called for me. We spoke at length to Isabella who was to have sent information to my email about a larget down-payment. I never received her emails. I had to return to the store today as I see $221.00 was assumed from my credit card. Gosh, I've only had the bed since 11/5 so why another payment so soon. Again Clavesha to my rescue as she contacted progressive on my behalf. There preventative Kathy was a gem however your records read that I received the bed on 10/26 which is why a payment was taken. This is totally incorrect, it was 11/5.

I have been wanting & needing to buy a mattress for my teenager. Went to a few places around town to look, but with no success. Walked into Mattress Firm over by Home Depot and was greeted by Mr. William Sword! He asked all the "sleeping position/pattern" questions (the other places did not), what we were interested in, and our budget. Mr. Sword showed us a few and my son tried them out. He educated us on the products because I had no idea there were so many different options. Anyways... he was friendly & knowledgeable. He even set me up with a 12 months no interest credit line. We took the mattress & frame home today but the pillows we wanted aren't in stock. No problem though because they have FREE delivery!! (one place charged $50 for delivery).
