Firehouse Subs Danville Mall — Restaurant in Danville

I've really fallen in love with this place. My father introduced me to firehouse subs before he passed away and I fully understand why he loved their sandwiches so much. I came here probably 5-7 times in the past two weeks. Their Smoked Cheddar Brisket, hot diggity damn, that's good for the human soul. I haven't even tried their other subs yet, I'm still stuck on this one.

One thing worth noting is how helpful they were in solving an issue I had.

I had ordered another large brisket sandwich, and I got home took a bite and something wasn't right, they put corned beef or something on there instead of Brisket. I called them and explained the situation and I love how they handled it. They apologized for the mistake, put my name in the books apologized again. And today when I called in my order to get my redo sandwich, they must have hooked me up or something this sandwich was a work of art, and absolutely delicious to the last bite. I highly recommend this place to anybody, especially if you want a sandwich and are just sick and tired of subway, this is a very welcomed change.

I called in my order!! And when I got home my order was totally incorrect!!! I called to let them know, mind you I live 30 minutes away.. I spoke with employee at first and I offered to forward a picture of my mistake order.. then spoke with management and he asked me to bring it back to them.. I know you sleeping I mean comatose I’m not driving back for this mess.. and a mistake yall made just make it right, Then he asked me to take photo as if I had lied , I don’t need to lie to get nothing free , I’m a hard working taxpayer and I expect to get what I paid for, my receipt says exactly what I ordered but the Sandwich was made totally different so I expect a refund or just simply make it right.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN ESPECIALLY NOT IN DANVILLE VA!!! I PAY MY WAY SIR YOU JUST NEED TO TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE MINDFUL WHEN PREPARING ORDERS IM SURE IM SURE IM NOT THE FIRST TO EXPERIENCE THIS!! # THE SUB WAS HORRIBLE HAD A WHOLE JAR OF MAYO ON MY MOM WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 STRAIGHT TRASH SOGGY...

Absolutely loved the food prepared here, the staff that was present, and the friendliness and professionalism they showed, as well as fantastic attitudes. I've given a lot of reviews of many places, and this place here is one of my favorites, putting together they're well presentation, the staff members they had, and just the manager on duty was a true leader and very accommodating to my needs. I had a party of about 18 people come by late night this weekend and I was well pleased with everything. Subs had all the items that was needed as well, condiments, materials required, water, sauces, everything..... Lord God Yahweh willing, I will pay them...
