I get it, workers donât want to deal with Amazon return but thatâs the companyâs partnership now so itâs part of your job if you work customer service at Kohlâs. Iâve gone in twice to return Amazon items (no problem with the return side of things) and both workers were incredibly rude. First time was a young man who threw his hands in the air and yelled at a older lady who didnât know how to process her return through Amazon. I ended up helping her get it set and the man walked away. Today, I returned a bulk item that didn't fit back in the original packaging. I mentioned to the older lady working today that I couldnât get it back in but we just need the code from the packaging. She ignored me and tried to get it to fit. She was becoming increasingly frustrated and became angry with me. I said, âI donât think it has to fit we can just âŚ.â Before she shoved it all at me and yelled âyou try!â I asked if we can just get the box and the product in the return bag together and she then grabbed everything back which sent my phone (which was on the counter) crashing to the ground.    Read moreLove Kohl's was thrilled when they opened one in Danville, IL. The store is horribly understaffed and the service counter is usually running like a register. I went to return an item I had ordered by mail. At the registers was one customer while there were four in front of me. All with carts of merchandise to check out. When the girl at the register finished she just stood there leaning against the counter so I ask if she did returns which she replied "Nope you have to wait in that line". They are anything but helpful and very rude. When I finally got to the counter the woman didn't say a word to me she grabbed the stuff off the counter and proceeded with returning it. I had a question to which she replied "Well you ordered it and then had a discount so I don't know what you want me to say" This is not the first time this has happened. I will not return to that store and it makes me wonder if the rest of the stores are hiring such surly employees. Very disappointed Kohl's this is beneath your normal standard.    Read moreUPDATE: We were given the number for corporate. They got everything straightened out. However, it seems the store manager was lacking knowledge on how to approach this situation. My boyfriend purchased a shark vacuum- his card was charged twice, but we were only given one receipt. We went to speak with customer service to see if they could do something. They told us to wait until the charge is not âpending.â If it disappears, then the card was only charged once. Well, both charges went through. We went back to them to show them proof, and they told us that without a second receipt, they canât refund(we were only given one!). So, long story short, he paid $300 for a vacuum that is $159.
