Mason Brothers Footwear & Apparel — Local services in Danville

After seeing my podiatrist on June 9th 2021 I went to Mason Brothers Shoes and Apparel in Danville KY. He recommended them to me and wanted me to try Hoka sandals because of their support and comfort. I have bone spurs in my right heel and they are very painful. Unfortunately Mason Brothers did not carry the sandals but did have the tennis shoes. The manager said he would be glad to go to their store in Lancaster and bring back two pair for me to try on. So, on the 10th I went back to the Danville store and sure enough he did what he said. I bought both pair and they really help cushion my heel. I want to thank the store manager and the sweet cashier that waited on me both days! I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt this was a time for one, been going here for all my shoe needs for years, bought a pair of shoes and not even a month later the tred is falling off the bottom, took them back and they agreed to refund me or give me a store credit, was picking out a new pair of shoes then the store employee comes back and says that they wont take them back even tho the manufacturer stats they have a warranty. Highest recommendation is warranted here. Staff and management are so professional and pay such attention to detail specific to customer's individual needs. Bannie and Hunter were so knowledgeable and efficient, and so very helpful. Great selection, convenient parking, clean and well organized store.
