They are rude people. They get on the internet (Facebook)and bully customers. They will Jack up their prices trying to find someone to rip off. When you bring it to their attention they will pull the whole staffing including the manager. (Miss burkhart) to threaten to sue people for defamation. If people want to have that kind of business go for it but if I was y'all I would go to mintmobile. The service is a whole lot cheaper and the people are a whole lot friendlier. This store has a bunch of crooks working at it. I'm sure the owner probably don't even know how they act. Horrible service. I went to the Danville ky location for help with my daughter's phone, which was purchased from cricket. I needed a new sim card and to activate a new account. Makena was very rude and told me I should just go to at&t since that's where I had my own phone account. Told me they would be able to activate it with a sim card there. At&t said that's not true but tried multiple times to unlock the phone. It had to be cricket. I go back to the cricket store to be told very rudely they are liars and she can't help me now because it was 20 mins before closing. Today I drove over an hr to get the phone that I wanted to the Danville store and I must say I am glad that I did. The lady name Pink was so awesome today I mean this lady went above and beyond for me and had patience like no other when we had to deal with progressive leasing today which was a head ace. I thanked her so much for her patience and kindness today. The entire time she kept me from being frustrated and upset by laughing and staying positive.
