I wish I could give zero stars. I went into the store to place a custom order and the woman working was dismissive and not helpful at all telling me that no it can all be done online. I ordered a sweatshirt and what I received wasn’t what I ordered. When I called after finally receiving my sweatshirt after over a month, they said there was nothing that could be done and offered a $10 credit on a $52 sweatshirt. The owner was rude and dismissive. They stated they reached out via text regarding the order and never received a response. They proceed to make the shirt without getting clarification about the order. They had placed a wrong phone number in the system and that was their reasoning. Never emailed to follow up at all, they just made the sweatshirt how they wanted. Sad that a small business would...
