As a food lover, this store is way too insulting Asian food culture. They don’t even use sushi rice on poke bowl, they use Jasmine rice which is way too different. There is no way a poke bowl has bean sprouts and there is no ramen has bean sprouts as well. It’s like you put pepperoni on a burger instead on pizza. Their new menu of Korean beef ramen not even look like Korean beef ramen. Their kimchi beef hotdog doesn’t even have kimchi in there. And it’s way too insulting Thai culture for their mango sticky rice. Have they ever tried those food before making it? Not just they don’t do it right but the flavor is way too bad, my poke bowl was wet, rice was mushy due to completely wet veggies , it’s no poke sauce flavor at all . The only thing is acceptable was their employees are nice but service wasn’t fast. Atmosphere is more for to go places rather than dine-in experience.

My wife and I tried this spot for the first time this evening. We noticed that every time someone was walking out, they went out of their way to thank the workers and say how delicious the food was. Once our food arrived, we realized the praise was well-warranted. We split the duck bao buns and the Korean beef ramen. Both had fantastic, complex flavors and just those two alone were enough to fill us both up, so the portion sizes are great. We can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Also, the workers were extremely kind and the ordering style was efficient and cost-effective. I think we found a new staple tonight!

I used to be the manager of PB&J Bar, which was the previous restaurant in this space. I was pleased to see what they did with the place. I was greeted with such a warm welcome by both Morgan & Dirk. I ordered the mango boba and vegan miso tofu ramen. It was all so delicious. The owner, Tom, even spent some time chatting with me. Great people. Great vibe. Great food. I highly recommend. They have a few vegan options, thankfully.

It is the dinner rush on a Friday and people are standing looking for a seat and one of your employees is on his phone occupying a booth for four for the entire hour we were there. Also, when your staff picks up the bowls of food and soup, their fingers should never be inside the bowl. Orders sat on the counter entirely too long before making it to tables. If you want to be a takeout place, be a takeout place. If you want to serve dine-in customers you need to figure it out, because what you are doing right now does not work. I hope you take this as constructive criticism. The food is good, but your staff needs training and your flow is not flowing. I sincerely hope you succeed....
