Bought one of their highest potency cbd vapes and a 2pk of Juul vape pods. I got home and tried to use the cbd vape and it’s defected. Every time you try to use it it’s clogged and when it does work a big pop of juice comes out. The guy give me menthol Juul pods and I don’t smoke menthol. I live 30 miles away and finally got back to the store 5 days later to exchange both items and the guy is on the phone with the manager and he refuses to exchange them. Told me if I’d come in like the next day they MIGHT HAVE exchanged them? REALLY!!!The Juul pods had not been opened and I had my receipt. The guy says to the manager “they don’t make regular tobacco Juul pods” I told him yes they do I’ve smoked the Virginia regular Juul for 4yrs. Bottom line is they sold a defective item and sold the wrong type of pods to me and absolutely wouldn’t correct the issues in any way and I’m out $60. Buying these items doesn’t come easy for me as I live on a fixed income and don’t have the extra money to repurchase...

Bought a bottle of vape juice here and when I got home, I noticed the safety seal was open. I went right back to the store to return it. The store clerk tried to tell me that it was open because they product test them. Surprisingly the clerk seemed like this was a normal thing and expected me to understand. I asked for a redund and was told no refunds and no returns. I told him that I had been patronizing this store since it opened and he could have cared less. After some squabbling, he made some calls and exchanged the product. The part that pisses me off is the attitude the dude gave me. When it was all said and done, i thanked him and said sorry for the hassel and this dude just walked away from me with a stupid look on his face and never said a word. In todays day and age, there are vape stores on every corner. I don't need you, you need us the consumer. I like the owner and never ever had an issue with him. I certainly will not spend another...
