Circle K — Local services in Daphne

Great store for several reasons. Employees are nice and polite and try to help when they can. Gas is reasonable price. They put up with a lot of riffraff that come in and out. They work hard to deny purchases by illegals that have no American connections and or paperwork and have no legal right to be here in the first place. If all companies did their job on making sure only legal citizens were served in this nation we would not have this current invasion of criminals, etc. I would suggest they find someone to help keep their Icee drinks working properly.. It has been rare lately to get a Dr Pepper Icee there. Updated to say still having problems keeping the icee machines going and ready for dispensing. Icee company says it is up to the store to keep the Dr Pepper and other icess drinks ready to serve. Well, it ain't happening folks. (Updating again) I hate to start taking away stars but all the Circle Ks seem to have a problem with their Froster machines or what we call Icee machines in that they can't seem to kee them in the ready mode. I had to go at least three different times the other day before finally being able to get the drink flavor we needed. I can't say the workers don't care at all whether or not the Froster machines are working and ready for use but something is wrong? Management needs to develop a plan of action to keep these machines running and ready to dispense the frozen drinks. The first time I went in the other day the machine on the left was not even running and all lights were red on the flavors which indicates not ready. The machine on the right was not in much better shape. Either they need to take some pride in keeping the machines running and ready or just...

The circle K in Daphne Alabama right off of highway 98...on the day of April 19 around 3:20 in the afternoon I had the terrible experience of the worst customer service. This lady with no teeth took her time to avoid me and another man to assist her white customers first, even to the point me and the very patient gentleman in front of me had a conversation...it's a color thing he said...she refused to acknowledge me and this gentleman as paying customers. Went out of her way to pass by us multiple times to "help" the white customers. Her attitude was beyond rude and racist to the point I'm in the store for over 10 mins just to walk out in due of her negligence to do her job properly as when she was hired. She doesn't need nor deserve to work in the public with blanton racist acts that...

I buy my coffee and breakfast everyday at this gas station. Today my daugther and a big group of hispanic friends stop to buy some beers and other things and this, very rude, cashier said she can't accept a government ID from PR because it is illegal because it has to be US ID. When I try to explain to her that PR is part of US and show her that the ID has US info she started screaming at me that she was not going to argue with me and scream to me in front of all other customers to leave the store!! This lady needs to learn some history, take some some education course, learne hiw to control her very bad attitude and how we customers pay her salary! To me, this persona is only a big racist!!!...
